📦 Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
• Product must not have stains, damage, or signs of wear.
CHD STATE reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
🔄 Exchange Types
Exchanges are allowed for:
• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
❌ No Returns / No Refunds
• We do not accept returns for refunds or cancellations after delivery.
• All purchases are considered final except for eligible exchanges as mentioned above.
🚚 Shipping for Exchanges
• Customers may be required to bear exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
• Reverse pickup availability depends on serviceable locations.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos for verification.
• Once approved, we will arrange an exchange.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
