At CHD STATE, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
- You have received the wrong size.
- You have received the wrong product or color.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Be in resalable condition.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Charges
- First Exchange: ₹200 charge will be applicable.
- Second Exchange: ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.
3. Product Value for Exchange
Exchanges can only be made for:
- The same product, or
- Another product of the same value or a higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer).
Products with a lower value than the original purchase are not eligible for exchange.
4. Returns
CHD STATE does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any other reason.
Once an order is delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
If an exchange is approved, it will be processed as per the exchange policy mentioned above.
6. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.
- Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.
